As the President of Hopper Insurance Services, Connie Bermudez has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complex landscape of insurance.
Based in Santa Barbara, Connie understands the unique needs of the Central Coast community. She believes that insurance isn't just about policies; it's about people. Her approach is rooted in education, ensuring that every client fully understands their options before making a decision.
Specializing in Medicare solutions, Connie takes the confusion out of turning 65. She patiently guides clients through the enrollment process, helping them avoid penalties and find coverage that aligns with their healthcare needs.
Bob Hopper, Ph.D.

Bob Hopper, Ph.D. is more than an insurance broker. He is an author, speaker, educator, and a leader in the insurance industry. He founded Hopper Insurance Services in 1996 with one goal that has not changed since: help individuals, families and local businesses find the best value in health and life insurance.
Bob is experienced across health, Medicare and life insurance, and he is a genuine expert in health savings accounts. He wrote the continuing education textbook on HSAs used by insurance agents across the country, and he is the author of three books on health care.
He has served as Past President of the Santa Barbara chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, as a board member and Community Education Chair for the Santa Barbara chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and as a statewide instructor for the California CPA Educational Foundation.
